The Full Stringer Lodge we offer our guests a place to escape to,
a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere with modern amenities. Our Lodge
is the perfect setting for a group to work or play while enjoying
the best that Matagorda has to offer. Lodge features include a large
"great room" comfortably furnished, hand crafted dining
table, wet bar, TV and a great view of the Colorado River. Outside,
you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Matagorda Bay sunsets
from our huge deck overlooking West Matagorda Bay or fish from our
pier while relaxing on our upper deck. The Full Stringer Lodge offers
a variety of packages to suit your group's needs. Please see our

Reservations and Deposits** Reservations are required and can be made by telephone or e-mail. We will hold the space for 14 days, by which time we must receive a non-refundable deposit of 50%, or the reservation will have to be cancelled to accommodate our other clientele. All reservations will be held with a credit card including Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Upon receipt of your 50% non-refundable deposit we will confirm your reservation and bill you for the balance. All balances are due upon arrival and are based on the number in your party at the reservation time. Cancellations Due to our size and limited availability, cancellations truly affect our business and leaves us without the possibility of rebooking the space. Cancellations made 60 days before your confirmed date will be transferable. We recommend that you have alternates that can join you should you have clients back out prior to arrival. You may replace your guests or increase the number in your part if space is available. We cannot refund money for no show and you will be charged for the number of guest at the time of initial booking. Weather Due to the unpredictability of our weather in Texas we have no control over it and will do our best to get the trip in for you and your clients. If the guides and our staff cancel due to weather that portion of the trip will be rescheduled. This past year has been extremely difficult and has forced us to institute these new policies. We operate on a strict lodge schedule and guide availability. Due to our limited space we must strictly adhere to this policy to maximize occupancy and to maintain our guide availability. We appreciate your business and understanding of the new policies. |
